At the turn of the century Hitler was elected the worst man of thousand years.   
   In Estonia many people think, that Stalin was even worse.   
   But maybe we have just forgotten the earlier centuries and farther countries.   
   In Estonia was elected also 100 most important Estonians of the 20th century.   
   Most of them were from the second half of the century.
