Interesting about S Am Polynesian. Not surprised, but first time I see it.

But I do know there are semitic linguistic traces in Quechua, the central
American language (Maya,Aztec, Inca), and they could well be
   Phoenician/Lebanese.

I had an assemblyman whose dad was Lebanese and his mom Columbian, and both
   sides looked the same.

As to Siberian - yes, they are Ural Altaic, aka Turkic or Tartary or Mongol.

I have a Swedish friend who I first thought was Turkish. Two years later, he
called, laughing, he just encountered a Turk with the same first and last
   name.
