   A lot more used to. Snit has used one of those scrubbing services; but as   
   you can see by the google search results, they didn't get it all. :)

   He was living in Prescott arizona in a double wide trailer. His grifting   
   wife kicked his ass to the curb in the divorce. forcing him to relocate to   
   Phoenix arizona where he splits time in his car and time in a halfway   
   house. he's what some would call, effectively homeless at this point.

   Yep. Most of it's being an irresponsible driver. He's the kind of guy who   
   doesn't keep uptodate insurance on his ride. He gets a ticket for it, goes   
   and gets insurance before he goes to court. Once the court day is done, he   
   doesn't bother to continue paying on his insurance. and the cycle repeats.   
   Until he gets in a serious wreck and someone sues the fucking shit out of   
   him.

   He was so worried about bill collectors that the one time I called him, he   
   attempted to pass himself off as a spanish female. As soon as I ID'd   
   myself, he was instantly on the phone. No footsteps, no handing off the   
   receiver, he was instantly there. IE: he thought I was a bill collector
