   It is called terror bombing. It is violence against noncombatants to get   
   them to rise up and overthrow the enemy government.   
      
   Germany tried it against UK. US and UK tried it against Germany and   
   Japan. Then southeast Asia.

   Putin and idjt really think that Russia 'wins' Ukraine, it will be
