   less about law and more about which "criminals" you're mad at. Spoiler:

   never white Canadians who overstay their visas.   
      
   Calling all undocumented immigrants "rapists, gang members, wife

   textbook collective punishment. It's also exactly how white nationalists

   always framed marginalized groups -- paint them all as violent threats so
