   There just aren't enough prisons to lock up all the Americans inhabiting this   
   lawless toilet of a country.   Trump needs to divert money from public health   
   and the military to pay for more privately run lockups.    Perhaps he could   
   control the volume by building gas chambers and crematoriums, the latter   
   providing a renewable source of energy for the facilities.
