   They do depending on what state they are from.   
      
   And EVERYONE gets health care if they show up at   
   an emergency room.  You only have to promise to   
   pay them.  Many do not.   
      
   Our health care system gets a lot of business from   
   Canadians.  They have to come across the boarder and   
   pay for it (or promise to if an ER) because your   
   health care system is so shitty.   
      
   You do know the largest killer of Canadians is the   
   waiting line for free health care.  The cheap stuff   
   you get right in.  Anything expensive and you die   
   waiting for it.
