   It illegals show up at the ER with something life threatening,   
   we should patch them up.  We are not monsters.  And after they are   
   patched up, turn them over to ICE for deportation.   
      
   And threaten them if they ever come back, we will give them a sex   
   change operation.  We won't, but they don't have to know that.
