Hello darkness my old friend, I got up too fast again - - - -

Just over a year after rather major spinal surgery I'm still a LITTLE
carefull about getting down and up. Had strict BLT restrictions for
about half a year (Bend, Lift, Twist) but pretty well back to "normal"
with most pain gone - doing 10 and 20 mile rides on the bicycle when
the weather is good. be 74 in June, so still a rather young fellow on
   this group - - -
