   I no longer trust the FDA.  In any event, any vaccine can cause death.   
      
   The polio vaccine causes paralysis in about 1 in 2.4 million doses.   
      
   The smallpox vaccine caused 1 death per million vaccinations, with   
   a higher risk for infants.
