We've always needed some seasonal workers for harvesting the crops.

The H-2A Temporary Agricultural Program allows U.S. employers to bring
foreign nationals to the U.S. for seasonal or temporary agricultural
work, typically lasting up to 10 months. Employers must prove a shortage
of domestic workers, offer3/4th of the work contract, and provide
   housing and transportation
