   Blizzard took down neighbor's tree close to border in his back yard into   
   my yard.  Figured I would have to pay for removal but they called and   
   said they were taking care of it.   
      
   Same thing happened a couple of years ago when one of my trees fell into   
   their yard and I paid for it.  The tree actually spanned his driveway   
   and he and his BIL cut that part before I could get a tree cutter in.   
      
   Good neighbors are like that as otherwise if it is in your yard it is   
   your responsibility unless you can show it should have been removed as   
   it endangered your property or house.  One of my BIL's had insurance pay   
   for tree removal that endangered neighbor's garage.   
      
   Just brought it up here as an interesting situation.
