      Around 40 years ago one of my neighbor's trees fell on my house in a   
   storm ... he had been warned numerous times that it needed attention or   
   this was going to happen . And he blew me and everybody else that warned   
   him off .   
     My insurance took care of the damage and paid the going rate for   
   removal , which I did myself . Then they went after him and his   
   insurance since it was obviously preventable . Next thing ya know   
   there's a 6 foot chain link fence and we ain't friends no more .
