   no fish here.  She said she could not smell them.   
   When I told her that was unusual, she said   
   "Can't everyone?"   
      
   She is able to tell a new customer we should   
   avoid over the phone in less than two sentences.   
   And she is always right.  Saved my ass a bunch.   
   (Verified by other colleagues that called   
   us to complain.  "And how did you   
   know!?!?!")   
      
   She is a high value woman.
