Looks like US, Canada and EU are       most of the world users and negatives outweigh positives. I suspect US       would stop it but undecided between DST and standard time.              My biggest gripe is that unlike old days where watch or clock was easy       to change electronic stuff can be a PITA. On fax machine which I now       seldom use, you have to read the manual to figure it out.
