   Not even that...  Any National Guardsman who actually served out his   
   service years without deserting could pick up the telephone, fill in   
   some forms, and acquire copies of their complete service records --   
   with the exception of some thousands of service records that have   
   been destroyed in at least one serious records fire I'm aware of.   
      
   Bush can't do it because the fascist dictator _deserted_ during a   
   time of war.  The fascist can show that he was incorrectly _paid_ for   
   the months he was a deserter, but that merely shows that he's just   
   one small iota more of a racketeering crook that we know him to be.
