   Had Bush been on record as absolutely being against the Vietnam War and   
   joined a "service" he knew would not put him in harm's way, his   
   conscience and his character would be clear on that score.   
      
   But only recently has Bush reiterated his support for the Vietnam War,   
   and so he submits the record of his behavior duing that time to judgment.   
      
   And the judgment is not good.  It shows a coward who urges others to   
   fight for wars he believes in or starts, as he lacks the character to   
   fight for what he believes in himself.
