   stop the attack that happened on his watch...  he had thirty-eight days.

   here's where your logic fails again...  if you feel it's okay to say   
   what Clinton "should have seen," presumably because it's so glaringly   
   obvious, then why don't you hold Bush to the same standard?  i mean, if   
   no report was needed to see that 9/11 was going to happen, why wasn't   
   the guy who was in charge AT THE TIME keeping an eye out?  there is just   
   no way you retards can pin this on Clinton, the way you try to pin   
   everything on him.

   while we blame terrorists, you blame Clinton (an American).  sheesh.
