   The constitution is just a piece of paper unless people defend it.   
   They let LBJ get away with starting the Viet Nam war without a   
   declaration.   
      
   Bush is just following in that Constitution ignoring track. He is   
   violating his oath of office. The one thing he promised to do is   
   defend the constitution.  Bush has done more damage to it than any   
   other president.
