   The millenium plot? If you mean the one where they caught Ahmed Ressam on   
   the Port Angeles/ Vancouver Island ferry with bomb making supplies in 99? He   
   was caught by a lowly ferry worker, a customs inspector. Clintoon may have   
   been in charge when he was captured but he didn't know anything about it   
   until after Ressam was captured, so if that's what you have.....well that's   
   what you have. At least you can take comfort in knowing that it was done   
   while Clintoon was in office I guess, as for giving him credit, well that is   
   laughable..........
