   No, it didn't. There were small numbers of refugees and then the bombing

   How was that? Clinton never got inspectors back into Iraq. His actions   
   required a huge military buildup.

   So you are minding your own business, having followed all the advice   
   about first checking the ratings codes for the TV programme you are   
   watching, and suddenly out of the fucking blue, there's this giant tit,   
   well, the tit was covered in some kind of metallic pasty that would   
   embarrass even Wonder Woman so you can't really say it was a tit, more   
   of a boob or breast, anyway, there it was and you weren't expecting it   
   so you drop your hot coffee in your lap. I think that sort of thing   
   should be avoided.
