   Why would any enemy in their right minds bother with a risky, accident-prone,   
   radar-tracked missile when it would be child's play to smuggle a nuclear   
   weapon into The U.S. and detonate it any time they chose?  Today's technology   
   can detect a missile launch and pinpoint its origin bringing instant   
   retaliation. It's a stupid idea...but, then, look where it came from.
