   You assume that many of America's enemies are in their right mind.  I'm not   
   prepared to support that assumption.   
      
   Unfortunately, your notion that it would be easy to hand deliver (so to   
   speak) a small nuke is far too astute to be taken lightly, and for exactly   
   those reasons you mentioned.   
      
   Many of the unsuspecting (and those who are downright clueless) seem to have   
   the naive notion that the bad guys play by polite conventions.  The reality   
   is that many of our enemies are one step away from animals, the difference   
   being that real animals can sometimes be tamed or trained to some degree.
