   I can just see this winding it's way through the courts. Hmmm, I wonder   
   how the "fair, just and individual leaning" Robert's SCOTUS would rule?   
   Need I ask?....Methinks these poor bastard land owners are screwed!   
      
   What do you want to bet that those complaining the loudest in Texas and   
   South Dakota are life long republicans? But that's OK, they'll just find   
   a way to blame Obama and never connect their plight to the Corporate   
   grab made possible by their votes.   
      
   Long live TransCanada, long live the Koch Bros., They all work in our   
   interests!
