There's no way in hell the Boehner Teabagger Congress is       going to come up with any bills under Article III Section 2 of the       constitution to nullify the republican court or pursue political money       regulation. Likewise the filibustering Senate wont do it either.              That's why job ONE is to change Congress, but is that likely?
