Texas is nearly at par (.94) meaning they receive       and pay out about the same amount. Some red states like Alaska receive       twice as much as they pay back and the blue states carry the load. It's       hard to argue with. Those complaining the most about the Federal       government being too big with too much taxation are those sucking its       tits the most.
