   Vickie -- Don't be embarrassed for someone you don't even know.  Or   
   ever will. Or who would even acknowledge your existence at any point   
   in your lives.   
      
   But realize that at plus-80, Clint Eastwood is feeling the ravages of   
   Alzheimer's and other signs of dementia.   
      
   He is said to vigorously pick his nose during most of his waking   
   hours.   
      
   And, yes, he wears adult diapers now.
