   I hear that Mississippi -- where the median adult education level is   
   five years, where 70-percent of adults are obese, and it has been   
   adjudged to be the nation's poorest state -- will go for my man   
   Romney.   
      
   Although a recent survey reveals that fully 95-percent of   
   Mississippi's adults can't name their governor or either senator   
   representing them in D.C.  However, 56-percent of adults know that the   
   Civil War has ended, and 48-percent believe it's okay to lynch an   
   African American who gets too uppity.   
      
   But -- 92-percent of these same people agree that a woman's   
   reproductive system shuts down when she's being raped!   So my message   
   is getting out there!   
      
   Obama says he's not worried, however, because only 12-percent of the   
   state's registered voters are expected to turn out on November 6th.   
   It's IHOP's All-You-Can-Eat Pancake And Grits Day.   
      
   So, although I don't like to admit it, in Mississippi, "The Below Dumb   
   State," it's all a matter of being educated and informed ... or not.
