   No. No one wrote it. It comes from the very mouth of God, it has   
   existed from eternity to eternity and any allegation that it was ever   
   originally "written" by a person or persons is considered a   
   blasphemous slandering of Islam and they just might chop your head off   
   for even suggesting such a thing, assuming you suggest it in a country   
   with a large enough Muslim population.
