   Duterte, the same guy who condones extra-judicial killings (and has been   
   accused of directly initiating them) has recruited hackers in the R.P. to   
   hack those who are identified as hackers or causing problems for the   
   internet. He is also using gov. run cell phone towers, purchased from the   
   U.K. to disrupt and hack cell phone communications here in the R.P. What   
   else would you expect from a guy who has no problems with killing people   
   who have not even been charged let alone convicted?
