   Portable router with sim. How does ISP identify you? change the   
   local IP, change the local mac address. Even disconnect the   
   router and reconnect and my session is STILL saved back to where   
   I was before making the changes and disconnecting? Route   
   supposedly allows like 5 different devices to connect at same   
   time. So how do they even know it's me again? windows 8-10 This   
   occurs across all open running programs.
