   Is this group working. Don't   
   see any recent posts here?   
      
   windows 8.1. using portable globe   
   router. Connects ok then I get this banner   
   message: "this app cannot run on your PC"   
   I click on that and it disappears.   
   Connection is normal speed but   
   connection is marked "limited".   
   Speed is normal. Then about 10   
   min into connection changes to   
   not limited but "connected". This   
   is new behavior did not happen before.   
   Connection to another wifi globe   
   account does not do this, only for   
   the portable router IP. Also noticed   
   they appear to be firewall blocking   
   one of my apps, because it works on   
   another wifi IP connection.   
   Causes?   
   Obviously a program is running   
   from globe portable to my pc that   
   produces this "cannot run on your pc"   
   message. What are they doing?
