   Once again I jumped the gun, the m.s.g.s.b. and   
   m.s.h.c.p. didn’t come on last night. Perhaps   
   I had to wait until the evening of St. Patrick’s Day.   
      
   With that in mind the m.s.g.s.b. effects onset is   
   now in progress and should be complete within   
   an hour, after which I will consider the m.s.h.c.p.
