   so now may be an auspicious time for me to begin attempting   
   to bring about a new balance.   
      
   Supposedly the first three stages of evolution did occur,   
   and the fourth stage, the physical evolution related   
   transformation and healing, supposedly did begin at   
   1:22 a.m. NST (0452 UTC) March 13 as I said.
