   There was some overall setup needed for that and then   
   turning on of effects began by goodness levels at   
   9:26 p.m. NDT (2358 UTC) March 21, 2021.   
   So far extreme good (including me, and I had to   
   do some testing of the adjustments) and major   
   good have been done and medium good should   
   be done soon.
