   But those who used to be covered and have change and read   
   access in one of the 40 regions should now have change   
   and read access globally, but for now still would be covered   
   only while in that one region. So for example a Romany   
   diviner who is in New York, away from the Romany   
   figure original region, could now do a reading for   
   someone (but not a recent arrival) covered by   
   the Cherokee figure. (But those figures are just   
   guesses on my part, as an example, and maybe there   
   weren’t Romany and Cherokee figures among the 40.)
