   But can she just will a general permission? No, she   
   would have to tell the bif(s) in person or on the phone   
   or videoconferencing or by email.   
      
   Anyway that probably isn’t that relevant since if the   
   assisted shaktipat occurs soon that 1--1 lock will   
   be widened as I discussed before. Also given   
   the pandemic it is unlikely I will get together with   
   anyone soon.
