A healing circle is another name for a sentencing circle
and both are indeed North American native terms
for restorative justice involving the criminal and
   native elders.

In my four components, the main stack h.c.p. has
one-time contributions from popthrough h.c.p. subs (so
many judges including past avatar types and
past devi types) plus ongoing change access,
moderated by Gaia, Sola, and God, for those
covered and each someone who is a deity to
at least one who is covered, and any others
who had change access in at least one popthrough
stack. So there are many judges, so a broad
healing circle, though again it is moderated by
the inner circle of Gaia, Sola, and God. Also
while it is a binding of criminals, everyone in
evolved from (AA) and any others covered in
the popthroughs are covered, including good
people, so there is good intuition for all. And
it will continue to be updated for future generations,
though again the popthroughs were one-time.
