   Nobody who is worse than minor criminal as defined by   
   the committee of the eight has been “ordained” by   
   any of the eight. Extreme good as defined by the   
   committee of the eight have been “ordained” by all   
   eight of the eight. 92% of major good as defined by   
   the committee of the eight are “ordained” by at   
   least one of the eight. Qualifications for “ordination”   
   include: (1) ability, (2) knowledge, (3) experience,   
   (4) goodness measure as defined by the one doing   
   the “ordination”, (5) subconscious interview conducted   
   by the one doing the “ordination” (only for those   
   who were strong in at least some of the first 4),   
   (6) as I mentioned above, perhaps a bonus point   
   for worshipping the one doing the “ordination”,   
   especially when that one has few worshippers.
