   That was complete at 5:22 a.m. (0752 UTC) April 21, 2021.   
   Those in the second stage should now be at least   
   temporarily in a state of centred clarity (awakening/enlightenment)   
   and those in the first stage who had come out of it   
   should be at least temporarily back in it. (Some may   
   be able to hold on to it longer than others.)   
      
   The Selective Cull message delivery and jogging of   
   memories won’t be done just yet.
