   The criminal backgrounds which follow felons after their release   
    is worse for society than leaving them incarcerated. It is easier   
    for prisoners to join gangs and continue committing crimes than   
    to find legal jobs. We need to fully rehabilitate them back into   
    society from prisons. They have paid their dues. The legal system   
    has always been meant to punish people, but poverty and other   
    social problems are the systemic cause of these problems. Not   
    evil people or "criminals". Light your candles. Pray for
