   But it seems that not every a.s.r. has gotten centred clarity   
   including good mood.   
      
   Yogically and/or magickally and/or shamanically and/or   
   religiously and/or spiritually advanced a.s.r.   
   have gotten (or will when they wake up if they were   
   asleep) 15 minutes of centred clarity including upper   
   level of normal mood range mood. And extreme   
   good individuals count as spiritually advanced,   
   even if they are atheists. Also bipolar, schizoaffective,   
   and schizophrenic a.s.r. have gotten (or will when   
   they wake up if they are asleep) a period of   
   centred clarity including upper level of normal mood   
   range mood probably lasting more than 15 minutes.
