   I was a bit bift today what with the heat & humidity.   
      
   Yesterday, I drilled a 1.25" hole in wood first and then .5" through   
   concrete as far as it would reach from inside my garden shed.   
      
   Today, I used a grinder, cold chisel, and Dremel with tungsten carbide   
   bit from outside to chip away at the slab to put in a conduit for AC,   
   telephone, and cat 6 Ethernet.   
      
   And then I checked from inside, and I can see light both at the outside   
   edge of the large circle in the floor joist as well as  a tiny hole at   
   the bottom of the hole drilled into the cement.   
      
   So tomorrow, I'll put a crowbar as far as it will go and tap gently with   
   a sledge-hammer.
