   advanced (e.g. an extreme good atheist counts as spiritually   
   advanced) individuals, all not including sleep, and a minimum   
   of 100 hours including sleep for those in both the last   
   two categories (e.g. a yogically advanced bipolar, and   
   for example for the Dalai Lama’s Oracle it should last
