   Note that I previously said that for the money etc. tug   
   and/or delivery the tug would be from among minor   
   good to extreme criminal and the delivery would be   
   from among minor criminal to extreme good. But no,   
   it can be from anyone who can afford it and to anyone   
   who needs it. For example some extreme good can   
   afford it, and some extreme criminal may have children   
   who need it.
