   of the goodness level of their partner. And since I   
   suggested the Selective Cull to my eight main deities   
   (and it is being implemented by God but with approval   
   from the other seven including LOVE2) I take full   
   responsibility for it. But I can’t divine the deadlines,   
   but those with confession divination ability or   
   diviner special ability or a subset of diviner special   
   ability that can be used for readings (e.g. card divination) can.   
      
   God began reminding medium to extreme criminal who   
   were bound by my brief binding of June 1996 and/or   
   one of the 40 hcps of it or them at 5:28 a.m.   
      
   God began delivering the Selective Cull message   
   to the a.s.r.S.C. (medium to extreme criminal a.s.r.   
   and some other a.s.r. who have influence over them)   
   at 5:29 a.m. For those getting this and the above   
   reminder(s) the reminder(s) will go first.   
      
   “rubber stamping” of the m.s.h.c.p. by those who   
   are each a main deity to at least one who is covered   
   began at 5:40 a.m. Since God is the moderator   
   of change access to the m.s.h.c.p., God has   
   “rubber stamped” all the m.s.h.c.p. This   
   “rubber stamping” (and also what component   
   comes from a given popthrough) will be visible   
   to those with confession divination ability but   
   not to those with diviner special ability or a subset   
   that can be used for readings.   
      
   I have to wait until later to do the taste (e.g.   
   ice cream) transfer.   
      
   The sudden magickal physical evolution (s.m.p.e.) setup   
   is still in progress.   
      
   I am still divining that assisted shaktipat completion   
   items (1) -- (6) were turned on last night, but nobody   
   has reported any effects to me yet.
