   That was complete at 3:32 a.m. (0702 UTC) Nov.11. (and I   
   guess it is now after dawn in Europe and points east).   
      
   God began installing/activating the update to the main   
   stack global species balance (m.s.g.s.b.) at   
   3:35 a.m. If it proceeds in a similar fashion to   
   recent dry runs, interactions involving species   
   in ghuman+gcetacean will be covered last (actually   
   effects internal to each such species very last).
