   That was complete at 7:49 p.m. (2319 UTC) Nov. 11   
   so a.s.r. should now have great capability to do   
   positive (as defined by God, the ruler of the region   
   all/everything) magick, but again are no longer capable   
   of doing non-positive magick, such that if they attempt   
   it there will be no effect, not even a bounce if it has   
   been previously funnelled (which a non-a.s.r. would   
   experience, though not necessarily a simple bounce,   
   but some negative effect on the spell caster).   
      
   a.s.r. (4), with details as above, began coming on   
   for the a.s.r. at 7:50 p.m.   
      
   There are still two remaining items in the s.m.p.e.   
   setup before the s.m.p.e. (and much associated   
   healing) will begin.
