   the charisma modulation, and the warning signs for

   healing circle prescription, should now be in place.

   m.s.g.s.b. at 5:44 a.m.   
      
   I still am divining that blocks 1--7 have been lifted, but   
   if so, why has nobody reported (P) delivery to me   
   and other readers?   
      
   The final two s.m.p.e. setup items are still in progress.   
      
   I will now get some sleep and hopefully the m.s.g.s.b.   
   update will converge some while I am asleep, though   
   interactions involving ghuman+gcetacean will probably   
   be covered last.
