   A woman accused of witch craft was often said to have used the evil eye.   
   What is the evil eye exactly? Well, most of the time it was when a woman   
   said she was raped our beaten by someone, and no one believed them.   
   Simply by saying, "She gave herself that black eye".  Other times however   
   when a woman says she has been assaulted she is lying.  So, it could be a   
   problem relavent even today.  Any thoughts?
